Administration Page
Enter the Adminstration Password  and then select one of the following options:
Approve Link Requests

Select which Link Requests you want to Approve, and which to ignore.
Accepted links are then automatically added to your Recirocal Links page.
To avoid SPAM, you can also block repeated requests by IP number.
Remove Links

Individually select links to be automatically removed from your site.
Directly place links on your link page to other sites.

The 'Nice' way to get links: add their link first and send a 'nudge' asking for a link in return.
If you know an email address of the webmaster at the other site, this will tool will 'Nudge' that webmaster by sending a greeting letting them know you have linked to them, and will include the code for them to add a link to you. You can just add a link on your link page without sending any email.
Configure system and set Variables. Your installation of PHP will not let you use this utility to edit the file called rl_DATAvars.php
which contains over 50 user configurable variables. You will have to logon to your web site, download rl_DATAvars.php and then use a text editor to make changes , or change file permissions for rl_DATAvars.php

Spider Other Sites.

See if other sites have added your link. Set up scheduled times for checking sites. Spider the Internet to find sites in common with yours and ask them to exchange links with you..
